Returns Policy

Satisfaction Guaranteed:

We want you to be happy with every purchase. At Hope Christian Store, we guarantee the quality and workmanship of each item sold in our store. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Items that are engraved, personalized, or made-to-order cannot be exchanged or returned unless they were orignally damaged or defective at delivery. Shipping and gift wrap charges are non refundable.

Instructions for all returns

To return merchandise please complete the return request form by clicking here and return your merchandise within 30 days of the date printed on the packing slip to the address listed below. Make sure you package the items carefully, using their original packaging, and ship using a carrier that will provide a tracking number.

  1.  Items that cannot be returned or exchanged

    There are items that cannot be returned here is a list below:

    • Headwear, Gloves, Socks, Sales and Clearance items.
    • Personalized items, engraving or any items made to order
    • International (non-US) orders
  2. Items Accepted for Returns or Refunds

           Defective and damaged items can be returned as soon as received. Please keep the original shipping packaging as it may be required for an insurance claim. 

    We do recommend that you email or contact us to verify that you are eligible for a refund or if you item can be returned. Returned must be received by Hope Christian Store within 30 days of original shipment.

If you item is accepted for refund or return due to other reason then workmanship, you will INCUR a 20% RESTOCKING FEE. ALL RETURNS ITEMS ARE REFUNDED MINUS ANY SHIPPING CHARGES AND DISCOUNTS.

Shipping your return: All returns items must be in new condition, unused and in its original packaging including all original parts, box, and packing materials.

Hope Christian Store will not issue a refund if package inspection reveals that the item has been used, damaged, or altered.

We will process refunds within two business daus of our receipt of the returned merchandise.

If the above conditions are met, you will receive a credit to the credit card used for the original purchase on our store, less shipping charges and less the 20% restocking fee.

      3. Orders returned After 30 days

          Orders that are received more than 30 days ago may not be eligible for a refund. Please fill out the return form here and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund.

     4. Exchanges

          If you would like to exchange an item to a different one, there will be no cost to you. Please follow the following simple steps:

       - Return the item you do not want by filling out the form below.
       - Place a new order for the item that you would like. You do not have to wait for us to receive your returned order.
       - Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within two days and you will see a credit back on your card.  

     5. Other Return Issues

         In case Hope Christian store made an error with your order, please notify us immediately. If we have shipped the wrong item, the wrong size or the wrong color other than what you order was supposed to be, we will provide you with a return shipping label at no charge to you. We will then correct the order and ship you the right item at no extra charge to you.

Wrong order or damaged orders claim must be made five days from the date of delivery.
