Returns & Refund


NOTE: We highly recommend you use a shipping method with proof of delivery as well as fully ensure the returned merchandise for your protection. 

1. Can I return an item?    

You can only return an item if it follows our return policy:  

  • You can return items if we delivered the wrong package to your doorstep. Please contact us immediately once you receive the wrong item. (we will only accept returning of delivered incorrect items a maximum of 7 days after its delivery, otherwise, we will not cater to them anymore).
  • There are no returns on all 14 Karat items, custom-made or personalized items, clearance items, and selected accessories. 
  • The returned merchandise must be in original condition including all packaged accessories. 
  • Returns are not allowed when you order an international shipment. All international orders are final once checked out. 

NOTE: If all the mentioned conditions are met, approved returns will be given a pre-printed return label through your email. 

 2. How do I return merchandise? 

If you have an account: 

Click the 'Login' button at the top right of our website. Once logged in click the ‘My Orders’ and locate your order from the displayed list.  There is an option to return an item. Click  “Return” and follow the return process. 

If you don't have an account:

Click the 'Track Orders' link at the bottom of each page on this site. Enter your order number and log in. Your order will be displayed when you are successfully logged in and there will be a link to return. Just click on the link and follow the return process.

Our customer service will then contact you within 2-3 business days for further clarification on your request. The return process is strictly followed by all our customer service team. Your patience with us is appreciated as you wait for our team to contact you. Feel free to email us with your concerns at or call us through our hotline 800-439-2975. We can accommodate you Mondays through Friday from 9:00 to 4:00 PM EST. 

NOTE: All returns must be notified by our customer service within 30 days from the date you received your package, with the exception of First Communion Dresses AND wrongfully shipped items which need to be returned within 7 days from the date you received your package. 

 3. What do I need to send along with my return? 

All returned items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packing including ALL original parts, original box, tags, and packing materials. 

Hope Christian Store will not issue a refund or exchange if our merchandise inspection reveals that the item has been used, damaged, or altered. Please take note that all approved returns will be given a pre-printed return label through your email. 

 4. How soon do I get my money back? 

If all the conditions are met, you will receive a refund for the credit card or debit card used for the original purchase on our site. You will receive the refund within 3-5 banking days upon the approval of the return of the item.
